Established in February of 1997, The Breathing Room Foundation was founded to provide care and support to local families affected by cancer and allow them a bit of “breathing room” from their daily struggle against cancer.

We recognize that a cancer diagnosis affects every aspect of a family’s life; emotional, physical, spiritual and financial. We strive to provide a family with whatever it is that will allow them a bit of “breathing room” from their daily struggle against cancer. It is our hope that this will allow them to concentrate all of their efforts towards regaining their physical health.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat Philadelphia has served over 600 families since its founding in 1985. Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is an independently chartered affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), the largest nonprofit homebuilder worldwide.

Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County
DAP was founded in 1976 as part of an effort to provide safety, advocacy and supportive services to victims of domestic abuse not otherwise available within Delaware County.

Healing for Haiti
The primary mission of Healing for Haiti is to address and correct the lack of basic and intermediate health care needs of the village of Jonc-Dodin, Haiti and its neighboring villages.
It is our objective to provide quality Medical care to the village of Jonc-Dodin, a remote area of Haiti where there is no potable drinking water, no electricity, no sewage treatment plants and no medical treatment available. It is a place where 99 out of every 1000 children will die before the age of 5 years old from treatable causes. Hypertension, asthma, stroke and infectious diseases run rampant. It is a place where routine pharmaceuticals for common medical disorders are virtually inaccessable.

The Attic creates opportunities for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth to develop into healthy, independent, civic-minded adults within a safe and supportive community, and promotes the acceptance of LGBTQ youth in society. The Attic…
Since 2001, the Institute has been working to educate youth and adults about issues of respect and diversity. The Institute supports individuals, communities, and organizations in effecting personal and organizational changes to build inclusive environments that recognize and promote the value of diversity. In less than a decade, the Institute has trained over 28,000 individuals in schools/colleges/university systems, social service agencies, workplaces, faith-based organizations, and communities to help create supportive and affirming environments for the LGBTQ community, specializing in particular in the needs of LGBTQ youth.

Pelotonia is a three-day experience that includes a weekend of cycling, entertainment and volunteerism. Pelotonia raises millions of dollars each year for cancer research. T Off 4 Autism is 100% volunteer driven focused on raising awareness and supporting a variety of organizations and charities to help individuals with Autism and their families.
Autism now affects 1 in 68 children. We are a family run volunteer organization of parents and volunteers who have children and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to fund research to find a cure and provide long term assistance including housing accommodations for those affected to enhance their opportunities to achieve full potential.

Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care provides hospice services to terminally ill patients and their families in 17 counties from 9 locations in North Carolina and Southern Virginia.

Our mission is to increase funds and awareness for Penn State Children’s Hospital and other children’s hospitals.
More than 10 million kids enter a children’s hospital like Penn State Children’s Hospital across North America every year. To provide the best care for kids, children’s hospitals rely on donations and community support, as Medicaid and insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has helped fill those funding gaps by raising more than $5 billion, most of it $1 at a time through Miracle Balloon icon campaigns.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer.
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of cancer patient Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004). In 2000, 4-year-old Alex announced that she wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to help find a cure for all children with cancer. Since Alex held that first stand, the Foundation bearing her name has evolved into a national fundraising movement, complete with thousands of supporters across the country carrying on her legacy of hope.

Toys for Tots
The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
