The primary mission of Healing for Haiti is to address and correct the lack of basic and intermediate health care needs of the village of Jonc-Dodin, Haiti and its neighboring villages.

It is our objective to provide quality Medical care to the village of Jonc-Dodin, a remote area of Haiti where there is no potable drinking water, no electricity, no sewage treatment plants and no medical treatment available. It is a place where 99 out of every 1000 children will die before the age of 5 years old from treatable causes. Hypertension, asthma, stroke and infectious diseases run rampant. It is a place where routine pharmaceuticals for common medical disorders are virtually inaccessable.
